Mission Statement

Diamond in the Rough, Inc. was founded by two creative, inspired and independent women who have a vision to put a new mark on the world as it relates to the perception of women in the entertainment industry!

With expertise in corporate human resources development as well as creatively in image consulting, these ladies operate Diamond in the Rough, Inc. as a movement of changing groups of people within the organization using direct and indirect learning, in order to achieve and maintain a competitive edge amongst peers for our talent within.

We understand that when people are not fully engaged in their careers, they are not willing to give 100%. We encourage you to put forth some due diligence regarding the large amount of research that has been done that draws a significant connection between talent engagement and its effect on customer behavior, revenue and profitability. We recognize that companies with truly engaged talent demonstrate lower costs, higher income and higher revenue growth than those companies whose talent are less engaged.

With that said, we motivate our talent with our Talent Development by incorporating a variety of aspects such as hands on training, career development, career management, organizational development and team building activities and events. It is important to us at Diamond in the Rough, Inc. to create a strong forefront not only as a company but as a family as well!
